Handmade to Order

All items are handmade to order. This means that each piece is crafted individually and production begins once your order is placed. As a result, processing times may vary depending on order volume, materials, and design complexity.

Processing Time

Typical processing times range from 2-5  days. (Trophy heads may take a little longer)
This timeframe does not include delivery time.

If there are any expected delays (e.g., material shortages, seasonal demand), you will be contacted as soon as possible.

Delivery Method

All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has been posted.
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., strikes, adverse weather, Royal Mail delays).

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to an incorrectly provided address.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is delayed or appears lost, please contact us.
Royal Mail requires a set amount of time to pass before a parcel is considered officially lost. We will assist you through this process.
